This Do Not Call (DNC) Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines that Profitable Property follows to ensure adherence to these regulations and to respect the preferences of individuals who do not wish to receive telemarketing calls from us.
Policy Statement Compliance with Laws:
Profitable Property adheres to all federal and state telemarketing laws, including the TCPA and TSR, which govern the conduct of telemarketing calls and the maintenance of Do Not Call lists.
Do Not Call Requests:
We honor all requests from consumers who wish to be placed on our company's specific Do Not Call list. These requests can be made during any telemarketing call or by contacting us directly.
Consumers can request to be added to our Do Not Call list by calling our customer service number, sending a written request via email or mail, or by informing our representative during a telemarketing call.
Internal Do Not Call List:
Profitable Property maintains an internal Do Not Call list. This list is updated regularly to ensure that all requests are honored in a timely manner.
Once a consumer's request is recorded, their telephone number(s) will be added to our Do Not Call list within 30 days and will remain on the list indefinitely, unless we receive express consent from the consumer to resume telemarketing calls, or we determine that the number has been disconnected and reassigned to someone else.
Reassigned Numbers:
Profitable Property takes reasonable steps to identify and remove telephone numbers that have been reassigned to new users from our calling lists, to prevent calling individuals who have not given consent to be contacted.
Training and Monitoring:
All employees and representatives of Profitable Property involved in telemarketing activities receive training on this Do Not Call Policy and the relevant laws governing telemarketing practices.
We regularly monitor and audit our telemarketing practices to ensure compliance with this policy and applicable laws.

Consumers who have questions, complaints, or inquiries regarding our Do Not Call Policy can contact us directly. We are committed to addressing any concerns promptly and taking appropriate corrective action if necessary.
